Rates

Residential Customers:

  1. Monthly minimum (includes first 1,000 gallons): $20.00

  2. Usage between 1,001 gallons and 4,000 gallons will be charged at $13.80 per 1,000 gallons

  3. Usage between 4,001 gallons and 8,000 gallons will be charged at $14.10 per 1,000 gallons

  4. Usage between 8,001 gallons and 15,000 gallons will be charged at $14.30 per 1,000 gallons

  5. Usage between 15,001 gallons and 25,000 gallons will be charged at $14.60 per 1,000 gallons

  6. Usage over 25,001 gallons will be charged at $14.80 per 1,000 gallons

Agricultural Customers:

  1. The minimum will be $35 and includes the first 1000 gallons

  2. Usage between 1,001 gallons and 10,000 gallons will be charged at $14 per 1,000 gallons

  3. Usage between 10,001 gallons and 25,000 gallons will be charged at $15 per 1,000 gallons

  4. Usage over 25,001 gallons will be charged at $16 per 1,000 gallons

Commercial Customers:

  1. The minimum will be $75 and does not include any water

  2. Usage between 0 gallons and 10,000 gallons will be charged at $16 per 1,000 gallons

  3. Usage between 10,001 gallons and 25,000 gallons will be charged at $19 per 1,000 gallons

  4. Usage over 25,001 gallons will be charged at $21 per 1,000 gallons

All Customers:

  1. 10% penalty on total past due each month

  2. Transfer fee: $250.00

  3. Trip / Disconnection / Reconnection fee: $60.00

  4. Any active benefit unit is charged the monthly rate until the benefit unit is either forfeited or rescinded

Benefit Unit

Benefit Unit Membership entitles owner to one water service connection that services one residence or living unit equivalent. The current cost of a benefit unit is $4,000.00 plus a nonrefundable $100 water feasibility study. A  standard  water  service  connection  is  for the sole use of the applicant or the consumer, and does not permit the extension of pipes to transfer  water from one  property to another,  nor to share, resell, or sub‑meter  water to  any other  consumer.  If  an emergency  or specific situation should make  such an arrangement  advisable, it shall  to done only  on specific written  permission of the  Board of Directors for the duration of the emergency.
